A fun filled 4 week series of Pilates based mindful movement classes. Combining the benefits of physical activity with the tools for positive self care, each class will develop and strengthen a positive mind-body relationship. Pilates is the perfect movement session for body awareness, body positivity and body appreciation for the teen in your life.
